摘要
研究了用微波技术制备纳米ZAO粉体的方法以及在微波干燥过程中微波功率和辐射时间等工艺参数对粉体的影响,用TG-DSC对ZAO粉的前驱体进行温度制度的确定.实验结果表明:微波干燥功率700W,微波辐射时间10min,煅烧温度550~650℃为佳.
A method of fabricating nanometer-sized zinc aluminum oxide(ZAO) powders by means of microwave treatment is described, and the effects of such process parameters in microwave drying as microwave power and radiation time on the properties of the powder were investigated in the paper. The temperature procedure for preparing the precursor particle of the powder was determined using TG-DSC. It was found that an optimal result was obtained with a microwave power of 700 W, a microwave time of 10 min, and a calcinations temperature of 550 -600℃.
