摘要
介绍了目前鱼下脚料的加工现状,综述了从鱼下脚料中提取胶原蛋白的方法以及胶原蛋白的应用。
In this view, the present utilization status of fish waste are introduced. The extraction methods for collagen from the fish waste and the applications of collagen are summarized.
