摘要
对当前我院学生社团发展状况的调查研究发现,最近几年,随着我院办学规模不断扩大,办学实力、办学水平不断提高,学生社团数量迅速增加、质量也明显提高,并且对我院的发展起到了巨大的促进作用。但同时也存在一些问题,如学生社团发展的不均衡问题、地位问题、管理问题、指导老师问题、物质保障问题、活动档次问题和可持续发展问题。笔者针对以上问题进行了深入思考,探讨了相对应的解决途径和措施,以期为我院学生社团发展提供借鉴。
The investigation and research result on the present developing situation ot student associaton in Longdong University shows that with the increasing enlargement of the school running scale and the improvement of school running ability and level, the size and the quality of the students association have been promoted evidently. As a result, it gave facilitation to the development of our university. However, some problems appeared, such as the problems of unbalance, status , management, supervisor, material guarantee, the level of activities, and sustainable development. The author reflects deeply on the above mentioned problems, discusses some corresponding solutions so as to provide reference for the student association development in our university.
