摘要
目的:了解和掌握秦皇岛市居民户食用碘盐的情况,为制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法:根据《全国碘盐监测方案》对居民户层次的碘盐进行随机抽查和结果判定。结果:在消除碘缺乏病后的2004～2008年共检测9941份居民户碘盐,合格9305份,居民的碘盐覆盖率为99.02%、碘盐合格率为94.52%、合格碘盐食用率为93.60%。结论:秦皇岛市居民碘盐覆盖率和合格碘盐食用率达到国家碘缺乏病消除标准,但仍有部分居民食用不合格碘盐的情况,应加强打击私盐和对居民户正确使用碘盐的宣传教育。
Objective：To know the current situation of edible salt at household iodized level in Qinhuangdao to provide basis for making scientific program. Methods：According to The National Iodine Salt Monitored Plan, carry out random selective examination and result judgement to the householdg edible iodized salt. Results：A total of 994l samples of edible salt were tested on household basis from 2004 to 2008. 9305 samples of edible salt were qualified. Household ＇s iodized salt coverage rate was 99. 02%, the qualification rate of iodized salt was 94. 52%, the edible rate of qualified iodized salt was 93.60%. Conclusion： The rates of qualified iodized salt in Qinhuangdao reach the national standard of eliminating IDD, but unqualified iodized salt ex- ists in part of household. Therefore, strengthening propaganda strength, making sure more household know the right ways of using and in improve the edible rate of qualified iodized salt.
