摘要
针对协同商务环境下企业知识创新环境和目标的变化,在分析现有知识创新模型缺陷的基础上,提出了基于协同商务链的企业协同知识创新模型。该模型将协同企业的知识创新平台构筑在企业内部数据库与知识库、协同数据库与知识库,以及链外知识库这5个库基础之上,支持企业参与协同知识创新过程,并分享知识创新的利益。探讨了协同企业以完整产品为导向,从组织的文化、制度和结构3个层面开展创新活动的机制,并总结了模型对于协同企业降低知识创新成本和提高知识创新效率等方面的意义和作用。
By the analysis of the disadvantages of the existing knowledge innovation models,in accordance with the change of the environment and the goal of enterprises knowledge innovation under the coordination commerce, a model of Coordinative Knowledge Innovation based on the coordination commerce chain was put forward. This model builds up a knowledge innovation platform of coordinative enterprises based on the enterprise's interior database and repository,coordinative database and repository,as well as repository outside the chain to support enterprises to participate in the coordination knowledge innovation process and shares the benefit of it at the same time. The mechanism of the innovation activities in coordinative enterprises was discussed from the perspectives of the culture, the system and the structure of the organization by taking the integral product as the guidance. The significance and the functions of the model were summarized on reducing the enterprises knowledge innovation cost ,the enhancing of enterprise knowledge innovation efficiency and so on.
