正癸烷在不同酸性Y型分子筛催化剂上的加氢裂化反应 被引量:2

摘要 用3种酸性不同的Y型分子筛,采用孔饱和共浸渍法制备了NiW/Y-Al2O3双功能加氢裂化催化剂,以正癸烷为模型化合物,考察了硫化态NiW/Y-Al2O3催化剂上的活性、异构癸烷收率和二次裂化与Y型分子筛酸性的关系。结果表明,增加Y型分子筛上的中强酸量,能够提高NiW/Y-Al2O3催化剂的活性。反应温度较低(330℃)时,Y型分子筛中的中强B酸量和二次裂化相关;而反应温度较高(380℃)时,Y型分子筛的总酸量与二次裂化相关。反应温度升高,正癸烷转化率增加,异构选择性降低,异构癸烷收率先增加后降低,出现1个峰值。 Three catalysts of NiW supported on different Y-A12 03 were prepared and their catalytic properties were evaluated for the hydrocracking of n-decane. The results showed that amount increase of medium and strong acidic sites on catalyst led to higher activity of the catalyst in n decane hydrocracking. Over the catalyst with higher medium and strong acidity severe secondary cracking of n decane occurred at low temperature, while the total acidic sites of catalyst were related to secondary cracking at higher temperature. The conversion of n-decane increased with temperature rising, while the selectivity of i-decane decreased and the yield of i decane went through a maximum.
