摘要
以某款400mLATV(All Terrain Vehicle)汽油发动机为研究对象,提出了满足加州CARB排放标准的发动机电控燃油喷射系统方案,关键技术包括:对该电喷系统进行结构设计,建立电喷单元数据采集和处理方法,研究喷油控制策略,并开发上位机标定系统。发动机性能试验结果表明电喷发动机较原化油器式发动机动力性与经济性略有提高,整车排放达加州CARB排放标准要求。
Taking the gasoline engine that was used for 400 mL ATV as a prototype, the scheme of an electronic fuel injection system for ATV engine that meets CARB emission standard of California is presented. The key techniques include: the structure of the electronic fuel injection system is designed, the data collection and management of the system is established, a study on strategies of fuel injection and the calibration system of the upper computer is also designed. The results of engine performance experiment show that the power performance and economy of the engine with the electronic fuel injection system have appreciable advantage over those of carburetor engine, and the exhaust pollutant emissions of ATV meets the requirements of CARB emission standard.
