摘要 目的:研究在不同存放条件下,3种包装材料包装的物品采用不同灭菌方式的细菌污染率比较。方法:用全棉布、医用皱纹纸、纸塑包装材料包装医疗器械,分别进行高压蒸汽和环氧乙烷灭菌,存放在医院内具有代表性的场所,定期做细菌培养。结果:同种包装材料包装的物品经高压蒸汽或环氧乙烷灭菌后,细菌污染率对比组之间无统计学意义;不同种包装材料包装的物品经高压蒸汽或环氧乙烷灭菌后,细菌污染率对比组之间有统计学意义。结论:同种包装材料包装的物品经高压蒸汽或环氧乙烷灭菌的有效期可以相同;用纸塑包装材料比用全棉布、医用皱纹纸包装的物品灭菌后的保存期可适当延长。 Objectiv To study the comparison of bacterial contamination rate on sterilized items packaged with three types of packaging materials under different stocking conditions. Methods The medical instruments were packaged with the all- cotton, medical crepe paper and paper plastic packaging materials, and then were sterilized respectively with high-pressure steam and ethylene oxide. They were stocked in the different places selected in hospital for regular bacterial incubation. The bacterial contamination rate of contrast between groups was not statistically significant no matter by high- pressure steam sterilization or ethylene oxide sterilization with the same kinds of packaging materials, but the rate with different types of packaging materials was statistical significance under the same conditions. Conclusion The same kinds of packaging materials by the high-pressure steam or ethylene oxide sterilization may be the same as the validity period and the sterilization shelf life of the paper plastic packaging material can be appropriately extended compared with all-cotton and medical crepe paper packaging material.
