摘要
为提高大麻织物的吸声性能,使用空心微珠对大麻织物进行涂层整理,研究了空心微珠添加量、涂层厚度和后背空腔距离与涂层织物吸声系数之间的关系.结果表明,随着空心微珠添加量的增加,大麻涂层织物吸声系数先增大后减小,当添加量质量分数为7%时,吸声性能最好,平均吸声系数可以达到0.82.随着涂层厚度的增加,吸声系数总体呈逐渐减小的趋势.增加后背空腔距离,可以改善涂层织物在低频段的吸声系数,而中频段会有所减小,高频段变化不大.
In order to improve the sound absorption capability of hemp fabric, eenosphere was used to coat the hemp fabric. The effects of the density of eenosphere, the thickness of coating and the air gap behind the coated fabric on the sound absorption coefficient were also studied. The results show that the sound absorption coefficient increases with increasing the density of eenosphere at first, and then reaches a maxmum 0.82 for the coated fabric with the density of eenosphere by 7% , but decreases further. The sound absorption coefficient decreases with the increasing of the coating thickness. The sound absorption coefficient increases with increasing the air gap behind the coated fabric in the low frequency, and decreases in the medium frequency, and has little change in the high frequency.
