摘要
目的：观察92例获得性免疫缺陷综合征（AIDS）患者的眼部表现。方法：回顾92例AIDS患者的眼部表现，对其眼部疾病类型进行分析。结果：92例中男69例，女23例，男女之比为3：1；年龄15—49岁。跟部表现有眼部带状疱疹、角膜溃疡、虹膜睫状体炎、视网膜出血、视网膜棉絮状斑、巨细胞病毒性视网膜炎、眼部肿瘤等。结论：AIDS患者的眼部表现多样。对反复发作的虹膜睫状体炎、眼部带状疱疹、不易治愈的角膜炎、不明原因的非感染性血管病变性眼底病变等患者，要详细询问病史，必要时行AIDS的相关检查。
AIM： To investigate the ophthalmic symptoms in 92 cases of acquired immune deficiency syndrome （AIDS）.
METHODS： By means of reviewing the ophthalmic symptoms in 92 cases of AIDS, the types of ophthalmic diseases were analyzed.
RESULTS： Among 92 cases of AIDS, there were 69 cases of male patients, 23 cases of female patients, with the ratio of 3：1 （male/female）. The oldest patient was 49 years old, and the youngest was 15 years old. Their ophthalmic symptoms included the ophthalmic herpes zoster, corneal ulcer, iridocyclitis, retinal hemorrhage, retinal cotton-wool spot, cytomegalovirus retinitis, and eye tumors, etc.
CONCLUSION. There are many types of the ophthalmic symptoms in AIDS. For considering the patients with recurrent iridocyclitis, ophthalmic herpes zoster, refractory keratitis, unknown non-infectious ocular fundus diseases with vasculopathy, their disease history should be asked in detail and their indices related with AIDS should be examined.
