新型生物降解材料PHBV动物体内的组织相容性 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过动物体内实验研究羟基丁酸-羟基戊酸共聚物(PHBV)在小鼠体内的降解行为和组织相容性,进一步探讨生物可降解材料PHBV作为生物医用材料的应用。方法:将PHBV(其中HV含量为9.5%)和对照材料聚乳酸(PLA)植入28只KM小鼠皮下,分别于术后1、2、4、6、8及13周取出2组植入材料,一组行肉眼观察,取组织切片后行H-E染色,然后在光学显微镜下观察;另一组进行扫描电镜(SEM)观察。结果:PHBV组在植入56d后动物体内炎症反应已经消失,组织相容性较同期PLA组良好。90d内机体未对PHBV膜造成严重的侵蚀和破坏,而且在植入PHBV材料的部位均无脓肿形成及组织坏死发生。结论:PHBV在动物体内降解速率缓慢,具有良好的组织相容性。
