摘要
应用solidworks软件和ANSYS软件,建立了矿用220 t自卸车车架有限元分析模型,得到了在全局加载下车架的应力分布;针对车架应力分布很不均匀的问题,对车架结构、布筋提出了改进;采用电测法测定了满载静止工况下车架特定点的应力,验证了有限元模型的正确性.
Using SOLIDWORKS and ANSYS,finite element analysis model of the 220t dump truck is set up and the stress distribution of the whole truck is gained; aimed at the problem that the stress distribution of the frame is asymmetrical,the frame structure and the stiffened plate disposal is improved; by using electrometric method to measure the stress of particular points of the frame under full load and static working conditions, the accuracy of the finite element model is verified.
