滚动转子式压缩机的功能优化设计

摘要 利用综合设计方法对滚动转子式压缩机进行功能优化设计.根据设计要求编制设计任务书,并针对压缩机进行功能分解,分析了各个分功能的多种实现策略,最后针对提出的2种解决方案进行了质量评价,并选择了最优的设计方案,从而保证了产品具有"先天性优越"的质量特性,提高了产品设计总体水平和市场竞争力. In this study, the functional optimization design is developed using the synthesized design method for rolling rotors compressor. Afterwards, the design specifications are obtained based on the design requirements. Subsequently, the functional decomposition is conducted to analyze the implementation strategies on sub-functions. Consequently, two decision-making metrics are postulated for quality evaluation and optimal design option selection. Eventually, this approach can guarantee the preliminary product quality. Therefore, the product design advantages and competitive edges can be promoted.
