摘要
随着轿车天窗运动执行机构速度及运动复杂性不断提高,其研制过程的运动学分析、安全评价愈显重要,而其传统设计常采用类比法或经验取值法,限制了产品性能的进一步提高。本文应用MSC/ADAMAS虚拟样机软件建立了某轿车天窗运动执行机构的数字样机模型及其仿真分析,并基于ADAMS的参数化设计功能,建立了该机构优化设计模型,并对其进行了优化设计。仿真和优化结果表明,该设计性能良好,满足设计要求,同时缩短了设计周期,节约了产品成本,对同类产品的开发设计具有较好的借鉴意义。
With the increase of execution speed and complexity of the motion mechanism of the automobile sunroof, the kinematics analysis and safety evaluation are more and more important during the development period of it. In traditional design,by adopting analogy, method or empirical method, further improvement of product performance was difficult to make. A digital prototyping model of a motion mechanism of the automobile sunroof was modeled and simulated in MSC/ ADAMAS, which is a software package based on Virtual Prototyping Technology. Optimization model of the mechanism was built based on parametric design function of ADAMS. The model was optimized and the simulation results indicated that the final design solution was a good performance. Not only the design requirements were met, but also the design cycle and the product cost were cut down remarkablely. The design process was of good referential significance for the development of similar products.
