摘要
采用回流法提取不同生长时期的桑叶,用HPLC法对其中的总黄酮含量进行测定分析,找出不同生长期桑叶总黄酮含量的变化规律,以便更为有效地利用不同时期的桑叶。研究结果显示,不同时期桑叶的总黄酮含量差异极大;桑树生长前期的桑叶总黄酮含量较低,桑树停止生长后到晚秋后的这段时间桑叶中总黄酮含量较高。
This article uses the backflow law extraction different time the mulberry leaf, carries on the determination analysis with the HPLC law to total flavanone content, discovers the different vegetal period mulberry leaf total flavanone content the change rule, in order to effectively uses the different time the mulberry leaf. This experimental research demonstrated that, the different time mulberry leaf's total flavanone content difference is enormous. The conclusion indicated mulberry tree growth earlier period mulberry leaf total flavanone content lower, after the mulberry tree stops growth the total flavanone content being higher after in the late autumn this period of time mulberry leaf.
