摘要
利用甘露低聚糖与氯化铬进行反应制备甘露低聚糖铬(Ⅲ)配合物,以铬(Ⅲ)的结合率为考察指标,通过对反应因素(pH、时间、温度、浓度比)的考察得出制备甘露低聚糖铬(Ⅲ)配合物的最佳工艺条件为:pH12、反应时间2.0 h、反应温度为50℃、0.45 mol/L CrCl3的加入量为5mL。并对配合物进行紫外、红外光谱检测,表明Cr(Ⅲ)与甘露低聚糖的羟基了发生配位反应。
Compose of MOS-Cr(Ⅲ) complex makes use of Manoligosaccharides and chromium chloride to compound, by the complex rate as investigation standard, the paper researchs the condition of complex MOS- Cr(Ⅲ) and reviews the reaction factors(pH, reaction time, reaction temperature and titer) in order to confirm the best condition. MOS-Cr(Ⅲ) complex is determined: pH 12, the reaction time 2.0 hours, the reaction temperature was 50 ℃, the volume of 0.45 mol/L CrCl3 solution was 5 mL. meanwhile. The Complex was detected by UV, IR. and indicates Cr(Ⅲ) interacting with -OH of MOS.
