摘要
朋辈辅导(Peer counseling)是学校心理辅导体系的一个组成部分。在对高教园区朋辈辅导开展状况和朋辈辅导员心理特点进行调查和原因分析的基础上,提出了建立科学的评价体系,完善朋辈咨询员培训课程,开展科学的督导活动和建立三级预防网络、实施高教园区大校际合作的建议和对策。
Peer counseling is one of the component of The School Counseling System. On the basis of investigate and analysis of peer counseling practice and the peer counselors＇ psychological characteristics in University campus, this article put forward some advices and countermeasure for establishing a scientific evaluation system, improving training courses for peer counselor, developing scientific supervision of activities , setting up third prevention network and implementing cooperation among Universities in the University campus.
