摘要
基于gibson提出的大变形和非线性固结理论,描述出建立在拉格朗日坐标系下的大变形固结特征方程。结合华东某铜矿尾矿库细粒尾矿筑坝的研究项目,在对该尾矿库饱和细粒尾矿进行一系列固结试验的基础上,分析饱和细粒尾矿固结度在自重应力下与时间因素的演化过程,分析细粒尾矿固结度与颗粒组成、分层厚度等因素变化关系;并将理论计算值与离心机试验值进行对比,论证了大变形固结理论在细粒尾矿固结变形研究方面的适用性,并将试验成果应用于实例。
Based on the Gibson's nonlinear large strain consolidation theory, the secular equation of the large strain consolidation under the Lagrange coordinate system was formulated. Based on the series consolidation tests of the saturated fine railings carried out in a research project of tailing dam construction with fine tailings in a copper mine in East China, the evolutionary process of the consolidation degree under the influence of deadweight and time factors, and the relationship of the consolidation degree with the granulometric composition and sub-layer thickness were analyzed. A comparison between the theoretical calculation resuh and the centrifuge test result was made, illustrating the applicability of large strain consolidation theory in the research of consolidation deformation of fine tailings. The research result has been used in a real case.
