摘要 为实时监测混合动力汽车CAN网络中各控制器的状态参数,并进行故障诊断和报警,采用Labview8.5软件开发了混合动力汽车的CAN信号监测与故障诊断系统,并利用Labview的Web Server技术实现了远程监测功能。试验结果表明,该系统不仅可实时监测各控制器的状态,还可快速响应用户的各种操作,并根据参数进行故障诊断与报警,其实时性与可靠性均能满足混合动力汽车整车试验要求。 A CAN network signal monitoring and diagnosing system for hybrid electric vehicle is developed on Labview8.5 software,and the long-distance monitoring function is realized by using Web Server technology of software Labview,in order to monitor the state parameters of each controller in vehicle CAN network in real-time,and give an alarm when it diagnoses a fauh.The test results show that this system not only can monitor the state of each controller, but also give quick response to user's various operations,and its real time performance and reliability can meet the requirements of hybrid electric vehicle test.
