摘要
报告了自适应光学波前校正器——多元分立式压电变形反射镜和两维高速压电倾斜镜的研究工作。讨论了这两类波前校正器的主要性能及其检测方法等,并给出了若干典型的检测结果。研制的19单元度形镜已成功用于ICF驱动器的波前校正。
The research and development of two kinds of wavefront correctors, deformable mirrors with discrete piezoelectric actuators and two dimensional piezoelectric fast steering mirrors, are reported. The main specifications of these two kinds of wavefront correctors and their measuring methods are discussed. Some typical measurement results are given. The 19 element deformable mirror has been successfully used for wavefront correction of ICF driver. The 21 element deformable mirror and fast steering mirror have been used for correcting stellar images in astronomical observation.
