摘要
使用毛细管流变仪研究了PA6/(乙烯/辛烯)共聚物(POE)共混物的流变行为,并对其lgγω-lgτω、lgηa-lgγω、lgηa-1/T曲线进行了分析。研究表明,PA6/POE共混物为假塑性流体,其表观粘度随着剪切应力的增加而降低;加入马来酸酐和引发剂使得PA6/POE共混物的表观粘度增大;PA6/POE共混物的粘流活化能随着剪切应力的增大而降低,说明PA6/POE共混物在高剪切应力下可在较宽的温度范围内加工、成型。
The rheological behaviours of nylon( PA)6/ethylene-octylene copolymer(POE) blends were studied by using XLY - Ⅱ rheometer. The curves of lgγω-lgτω、lgη-lgγω、lgηn-1/T were obtained. The experimental results showed that PA6/POE blends were pseudoplastic fluid. The apparent viscosity of the blends reduced with the increase of the shearing stress. Compared with uncompatibilized PA6/POE blends, the addition of maleic anhydride and initiator increased the apparent viscosity. The viscous activation energy of PA6/POE blends declined as the increase of shearing stress, which indicated that the PA6/POE blend could be processed over a wide temperature at a high shearing stress.
