摘要
我国城市都开始面临停车问题,大城市尤其严重。我国许多城市近年来机动车数量增长迅速,而停车场建设与管理水平一直在低位徘徊。面对这种状况,该文在借鉴发达国家停车经验的基础上,提出解决大城市停车问题的五大要点,包括制定发展战略和规划、吸引多方投资建设停车场、完善管理机制、调整交通结构和加快法规的建设。
Our cities have faced the parking problem, especially the metropolitans. The construction and management of parking lots are always at the low level while the vehicle number grows rapidly in many cities of China in recent years. Facing the situation, the article learns the experiences of the developed countries, and puts forward five gist to solve the parking problems in the metropolitans, including constituting the development strategies and planning, attracting more investments to construct the parking lots, perfecting the management mechanism, regulating the traffic structure and speeding up the building of laws and regulations.
