摘要
采用化学沉积方法,实现SiCp与Ni(P)合金复合,形成SiCp陶瓷复合镀层。研究结果表明,SiCp均匀地分布于Ni(P)合金中,显著地起到强化作用,与Ni(P)合金层相比,SiCp陶瓷复合镀层具有更高的硬度、热稳定性和抗氧化性能。
The electroless deposited technology was used to make SiCp combined with Ni(P) alloy, and SiCp ceramiccomposite coatings were fabricated Results exposed that SiCp distributed uniformally into Ni(P) matrix, in which the ceramicphase played obvious strengthening roles; compared with Ni(P) alloy coating, SiCp ceramiccomposite coatings owned higher hardness, thermal stability and oxidization resistance
