摘要 对烃降解菌HB29代谢产生的表面活性物质进行了带电性测定及红外光谱分析,结果表明,HB29代谢产阴离子表面活性物质,主要成分为糖脂。通过摇瓶培养实验,研究了烃降解菌HB29产糖脂的适宜发酵条件,结果表明,该菌株的最适发酵条件为:初始pH值8.0,接种量2%,250mL三角瓶中的装液量为75mL。 In this paper, surfactant produced by hydrocarbon degrading bacterium HB29 was analyzed by charge and IR and the effect of fermentation condition on glycolipid production was studied by shaking flask experiment. Results showed that the surfactant produced by HB29 was anion, and the major component was glycolipid. The optinum fermentation conditions of glycolipid production were: initial pH 8.0, inoculation volume 2 %, liquid volume 75 ml in 250 ml total volume.
