摘要
在超重力场反应器中,以硝酸铈为铈源,尿素为均匀沉淀剂,少量表面活性剂做分散剂,得到所需产品的前驱体,干燥后焙烧得到二氧化铈超细粉体。通过实验得出其优化工艺条件为:硝酸铈浓度0.15mol.L-1,尿素浓度0.75mol.L-1,反应温度90℃,反应时间2h,分散剂浓度3g.L-1,旋转填充床转速1000r.min-1,在400℃下焙烧2h。所制得二氧化铈超细粉体经WJL激光粒度仪检测粒径,并通过XRD,SEM对产品进行表征,结果表明合成的二氧化铈属立方晶系,颗粒大小均匀,粒径分布较窄。
The ultra - fine cerium dioxide powder was masted from cerium oxycarbonate hydrate which was prepared with Ce (NO3)3·6H2O as Ce resource, urea as the precipitation reagent and minor surfactant as the dispersant reagent by high gravity field reactor. The particle size of cerium dioxide was determined by WJL laser size machine and the product was characterized by TG, XRD and SEM, respectively. The results show that the cerium dioxide of cubic crystal system with average particle size and narrow size distribution can be obtained in the optimum technological conditions that the concentration of Ce(NO3)3·6H2O, the concentration of urea,reaction temperature, reaction time, usage of PEG4000, speed of the rotating packed bed,roasting temperature and the masting time are 0.15mol·L^-1,0.75mol·L^-1,90℃,2h,3g·L^-1, 1000r·min^-1,400℃ and 2h, respectively.
