摘要
人才引进是人才队伍建设的途径之一。本文就我国目前各大医院掀起的人才引进"热潮",分析了人才引进过程中现存的问题;并以笔者所在医院为例,介绍了近年来医院在加强人才队伍规划、创新人才引进模式和建立人才评估体系等方面进行的有益尝试,为人才选拔和引进工作的有效开展提供了借鉴。
The talents introduction is one way to improve the qualified personnel development. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of talents introduction on the basis of the talents introduetion fever that set off by current hospitals in China. Besides, taking our hospitals as examples, it introduces some beneficial attempts such as strengthening the hospital personnel planning, innovation introduction mode and the establishment for the talents introduetion evaluation system, so as to offer some suggestions for the effective talents selection and introduction.
