软土地区大口径玻璃钢夹砂顶管顶力监测分析 被引量:5

摘要 玻璃钢夹砂管因其重量轻、耐腐蚀、摩阻系数小、管道和接口抗渗强度高等优点,在城市给排水管道的顶管施工中得到越来越多的应用。通过现场测试与分析研究了上海软土地区大口径玻璃钢夹砂顶管的顶力特性。结合背景工程两个试验段对玻璃钢夹砂顶管的顶力进行了现场监测,并通过对顶进过程中的管壁土压力测试分析了顶管外壁摩阻力及摩擦系数,获得软土地区玻璃钢夹砂顶管顶力计算的经验公式,为今后同类工程的顶力设计计算提供更加准确有效的方法。 Glass reinforced plastic mortar pipe (GRP pipe) is used more and more widely in sewerage because of its advantages as light weight, erosion resistant, small friction, longevity and so on. In this paper, the jacking force of the large diameter GRP pipe in Shanghai soft soil is studied by field monitoring and analysis. The jacking force of GRP pipes are field tested in two experimental pipe jacking projects. The friction resistance of pipe-soil interface and friction coefficient are obtained from the soil pressure monitoring results. Therefore, the experimental formula for the jacking force of the larger diameter GRP pipe-jacking in soft soil are presented which can be used in jacking force design.
