摘要
目的:探讨在护理本科生实践考核中应用SP的可行性,推动护理专业考试方法改革。方法:以护理专业11名硕士研究生分别作为内科、外科、妇产科SP进行为期一个半月的培训,经考核合格后应用于65名护理本科生的实践考核,分析SP考站考核的难度系数、信度与效度,分别比较教师对考生的评分与SP对考生评分的相关性及教师对SP的评分与考生对SP评分的相关性。结果:SP考站的成绩与护理综合考试成绩相关,教师对SP的评分与学生对SP的评分及教师对考生的评分与SP对考生的评分均呈现显著相关。结论:应用SP进行护理本科生实践考核是科学有效的临床护理技能评价方法。
Objective:To investigate the feasibility of applying SP to nursing practice examination in nursing baccalaureate program and improve the methods of nursing practice examination. Method: 11 nursing postgraduate students were trained as SP and applied to nursing practice examination for 65 nursing baccalaureate students. The test difficulty coefficient, reliability and validity were analyzed and the teachers' and the students' score correlation for SP and the teachers' and SPas score correlation for the students were compared. Results:The students' score correlation between the SP station test and the clinical comprehensive examination is significant at the 0.01 level. The teachers' and the students' score correlation for SP and the teachers' and SPas score correlation for the students are significant at the 0.01 level. Conclusion: Applying SP to nursing practice examination in nursing baccalaureate program is one of the most effective methods.
