摘要
文章以建构主义学习理论为指导,分析网络教育的特征,尤其是从学习者这个要素的转变入手,提出网络教师扮演的角色应该是由课堂的主宰者转变为课程资源的开发者和利用者,网络教学的组织者、引导者和促进者,教学观念率先转变的实践者;以学生为本的教育理念得到确立,学生由知识被动的接受将转变为课程资源的最终建构,成为教学活动的主体,教师与学生将处于平等的地位。同时,分析了多媒体网络教育中英语教师角色误区,提出了一些建设性的策略和建议。
Based on the modern constructivist theory,this paper analyzes the characteristics of English network education,and proposes that teachers' role should be changed into developers and users of the curriculum resources and they also should be scholars,evaluators,friends of learners,designers,organizers and administrators in web-based teaching environment. Teachers and students should be in an equal position in teaching and leaning. At the same time,it points out the misunderstanding for the teachers' role in the web-based English education and makes some constructive strategies and suggestions in the new teaching environment.
