理论课和实习课并轨 改革病理教学模式 被引量:13

Combination of theoretical and experimental lessons to reform pathology teaching model

摘要 利用生物医学实验教学中心的设备优势,在拥有208个终端的局域网络、208台数码互动显微镜、视频会议系统的形态综合实验室内,结合国家级精品课程的网络课件、数字切片库、病理学试题库(英语、汉语)、英文原版教材Robbins《Basic Pathology》MP3,对理论与实验分别上课的传统病理学教学模式进行初步改革。新型病理学教学模式是理论课和实验课都在形态实验室进行,主讲理论课的教师在讲解理论内容后,将实验课内容一并进行讲解,再由年轻教师带领各实验室的学生进行深入的学习和讨论。实践结果显示,学生普遍反映在实验室上理论课的视听效果好于大教室,主讲教师讲解实验内容更利于学生实习课的学习,数字切片受到学生的欢迎。视频会议系统基本上实现了课堂上师生互动,提高了学生学习的兴趣和听课效率。 In Morphology Laboratories of Biomedical Teaching Laboratory Center,Health Science Center,Peking University,equipped with computer network of 208 terminal work stations,208 sets of microscope connected with digital interaction system and video meeting system, combined with the content of pathology of national best courses online, digital slides, pathology test question pool(Chinese and English)and English MP3 downloads for basic pathology, preliminary reform to the pathology traditional teaching mode has been carried out in our center. Under the new mode,both the theoretical and experimental lessons have been performed in the morphology laboratories. Both" theoretical and experimental lessons are offered by senior teachers(professors and associated professors). Shorter period of experimental classes are conducted by junior teachers to organize the further study and discussion on specimens, slides and autopsy cases. The practice shows that teaching effects in computer network labo- ratories are better than in classroom, explanations about the gross specimens and glass slides by professors and associate professors are more helpful to students than by junior teachers,and digital slides are welcomed by students. Video meeting system has basically realized teacher-student interaction between laboratories. The interest and efficiency of learning among students have been enhanced under the new mode.
