摘要
混合动力车需要一种可高倍率放电、长寿命和安全的化学电源,但是现行的锂离子蓄电池的安全性和循环寿命尚不能完全满足要求。研制一种采用钛酸锂负极的低电压锂离子蓄电池体系,正极材料采用三元材料或磷酸铁锂。该类低电压锂离子蓄电池具有2.4V或1.8V的电压,比能量50~70Wh/kg,可以在30C倍率放电。而且这种采用钛酸锂负极的低电压锂离子蓄电池显示了良好的循环稳定性和安全性。因此,这种高功率低电压锂离子蓄电池适合于混合动力车等动力应用。
The HEV requires a kind of high-rate, long life and safe chemical battery. However, the current lithium-ion batteries (LIB) cannot fully meet the requirements on safety performance and cycle life. In this paper, the Iow-voltege LiB using Li4Ti5O12 as the negative electrode material, LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3 or LiFePO4 as the positive electrode material was prepared and investigated, respectively. The novel LiB shows voltage of 2.4 V or 1.8 V, and specific energy of 50-70 Wh/kg with excellent cycleability and safety performance, and can discharge at high-rate even at 30 ℃. Therefore, the low-voltage LiB is a promising candidate for power application such as HEV.
