摘要 目的探索"以问题为中心教学法"(PBL)在儿科实习教学中的应用价值。方法对采用PBL教学法之前和之后实习生的病历书写成绩进行比较,将各项目评分进行统计学分析。结果采用PBL教学法之后实习生成绩明显提高,两组之间存在显著差异。结论PBL能更好地提高学生病历书写能力与临床思维和操作技能,并充分调动学生学习的积极性和主动性。 Objective To investigate problem-based learning (PBL) in clinical teaching of pediatric interns. Methods To compare and analyze the grades of pediatric interns' case writing before and after PBL. Results There was significant difference between the two groups and the grades of interns by PBL were notably higher. Conclusion PBL can improve the interns' ability of case writing, clinical thoughts,operation ability,and enhance their enthusiasm in learning.
