摘要 以齿坯辗扩工艺的研究成果为基础,结合齿轮毛坯辗扩机的工作原理,提出了恒速进给、精辗位置在线预测的控制方法;设计了性能/价格比高的辗扩机微机控制系统,并采用软容错方法提高了设备的可靠性和可维护性;结合所用尺寸测量装置特点,直接利用可编程控制器实现了工件尺寸信号的在线检测、处理、显示及控制功能。经生产实践检验,系统运行可靠,尺寸控制准确。 Discusses the development of based on the research on gear blank ring rolling and in combination with the principle of the ring rolling machine. The control method feeding at constant speed and on line prediction of the precise rolling position. A microcomputer control system, which is used on ring rolling machine and has a high qaulity price rate, has been designed. The reliability and maintainability of the equipment has been improved by software fault tolerant technique. Considering the character of the dimension measurment device, some on line function such as signal acquirement, processing, displaying and controlling have been directly realized on the programed controller and has been proven reliable and accurate in practical production.
