摘要
论文介绍了水中溴酸盐的产生、检测方法和可能对人体产生的危险。采用淋洗液在线发生离子色谱法测定上海市自来水和市售瓶装水样品中的痕量溴酸盐,通过对实际样品以及加标回收率的检测,发现目前市售的瓶装水中,纯净水中的溴酸盐浓度很低,以天然矿泉水为源水的瓶装水中溴酸盐含量较高。建议职能部门加强监管,对于瓶装水应列明详细的成分表和执行的检测标准。
Bromate resource method ,analyse method and protential danger to human body were introduced in this paper. Trace bromate in bottled water and tap-water were measured by the method using online eluent generator to generate KOH gradient eluent. The analysed results showed that bromate concentration in pure water was very low but high in mineral water. Two suggestions were given to functional departments. One was to strengthen supervising and managing. The other was to list the ingredients and excutive standard on the bottle.
