摘要
惯性约束聚变(ICF)物理实验要求大型激光装置靶区光路按照一定角度对称入射靶的两端,利用Pro/E族表对相同特征的光束进行参数化设计,实现了靶区等光程光路排布,满足了物理实验要求。
Physical experiments in inertial confinement fusion (ICF) research area require the laser beams of laser facility enter two ends of target symmetrically. The beams configuration of laser light in the target area is designed with Pro/E family table. Aplanatism of the laser beam path in the target area is realized, thus meeting the demands of physical experiments.
