摘要
目的观察海藻糖和深海鱼类胶原蛋白两种海洋提取物成分对抗紫外线照射皮肤损伤的作用。方法建立家兔皮肤长波紫外线照射损伤模型,测定空白对照组、模型组、实验组、阳性对照组皮肤组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量,分析海藻糖和深海鱼类胶原蛋白对紫外线照射损伤家兔皮肤形态、抗氧化酶活性及脂质过氧化的保护作用。结果与模型组相比,海藻糖和深海鱼类胶原蛋白SOD活力分别提高了14.80%和15.94%,CAT活力分别提高了14.31%和15.12%,MDA含量分别降低了43.26%和47.83%,差异有著性意义(P均<0.01)这与VitC的抗损伤作用一致。结论海藻糖和深海鱼类胶原蛋白能有效抵抗紫外线照射对皮肤组织的氧化损伤。
Objective To study the protective effects of Trehalose and Ocean Collagen on rabbit that irradiated by ultraviolet A. Methods The oxidative damaged models of rabbit irradiated by ultraviolet A were established, and the activities of SOD and CAT and contents of MDA of brine control group, UVA model group, extracts + UVA group and VC + UVA group were detected. Results Compared with UVA model group, in trehalose and ocean collagen group, the activities of SOD have increased about 14.80% and 15.94% , the activities of CAT have increased about 14.31% and 15.12% , the amounts of MDA have decreased about 43.26% and 47.83% ( P 〈 0.01 ), same to vitamin C. Conclusion Trehalose and Ocean Collagen can resist oxidative damanges of rabbit skin irradiated by UVA.
