摘要
目的:建立不同产地小花鬼针草药材的毛细管指纹图谱相似度的研究方法。方法:采用毛细管区带电泳法,以50 mmol·L-1硼砂水溶液-100 mmol·L-1硼酸水溶液(2∶1)为背景电解质(BGE)溶液,运行电压20 kV,紫外检测波长254 nm,流体力学进样10 s(压力,5×103Pa);记录小花鬼针草的毛细管电泳特征图谱;并以"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004 A版)"相似度计算软件和"SPSS计算软件"进行评价。结果:将28批药材分为3类,其分类情况基本与产地相符合,在方法的精密度、重复性及稳定性试验中,各特征峰的相对迁移时间的RSD小于6%,相对峰面积的RSD小于10%。结论:2种评价方法的结果基本一致,说明本方法能够有效评价小花鬼针草药材的相似性,由分类结果可以看出,不同产地的药材存在差异性。
Objective: To develop a method to study the specific chromatogram similarity of Bidens parviflora Willd. from different area by HPCE. Method: The background electrolyte (BGE) was a 0. 05 mol·L^-1 sodium borate solution (add 50% 0. 10 mol·L^-1 borate solution);The UV detection wavelength was 254 nm and a voltage of 20 kV was applied;And evaluated with the similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM (Version 2004 A) and the evaluation system of SPSS. Results: The 28 batches were divided into 3 types, which perfectly consistent with the distribution by areas;The CE specific chromatogram had acceptable precision and reproducibility with the RSD of the relative migration time less than 6% and the RSD of the relative peak area less than 10%. Conclusions :The evaluations by two different methods were similar, and from which we can speculate that this method can effectively evaluated the similarity of Bidens parviflora Willd. from different areas.
