摘要
本文提出的一种新的员工绩效考评方法——AFT,即用层次分析法(AHP)确定考评指标的权重,用模糊数学的方法(Fuzzy)对各类质化考评指标值进行量化处理,并进行系统的综合,用逼近于理想解的方法(TOPSIS)排出被考评者的优劣顺序.
The paper presents a new method of the performance evaluation of the staff. This method determines the relative weights of the checking factors through the Analytic Hierarchey Process(AHP), processes the qualitative factors through the fuzzy mathematical method and synthesizes them systematically, finally it determines the order of the staff through the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS).
