摘要
在四球试验机上对自行合成的几种高水基润滑剂的摩擦磨损性能进行了试验研究。并考察了油性剂和极压剂在不同配比下的抗磨性能。试验结果表明,以油酸三乙醇胺作为油性剂分别与含磷、硫和硼的极压剂复配后的抗磨效果明显优于油性剂或极压剂单独使用时的效果,呈现出较强的盐同抗磨效应。以硼酸盐作为极压剂的高水基润滑剂的最佳配比为,硼酸盐1.9%、油酸三乙醇胺3.1%;以硫脲作为极压剂的高水基润滑剂的最佳配比为,硫脲1.0%、油酸三乙醇胺4.0%。
Several types of high water soluble lubricating additives were synthesized.Their friction and wear properties were investigated by means of a four-ball tester.The antiwear properties of the oily agent and the EP agent were observed in different formulation.The test results show that the antiwear effect of combination of oily agent and the EP agent containing S.P.B is higher than the oily agent or EP agent in use,the formen has a better cooperating effect.
