以某工程为实例,应用网络计划技术表达该项目的工程实施计划中各项工作的开展顺序及其相互之间的逻辑关系,根据工程项目的工程量和难易程度确定各项工程的持续时间,通过对网络图进行时间参数的计算,找出网络图中的计划工作的关键工作和关键路线。
Take an example of an engineering project, used technology of Time coordinating Network to represent each progress in the engineering program. According to the quantities and workability, confirm the duration of each work, used network diagram calculating the time parameter, found out the key job and critical path of planning work in the network diagram.
