摘要
在建立全区回弹测强曲线的过程中,遇到试块的回弹值与抗压强度值之间并没有所期望的理想的相关关系。因此,对《回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程》中推荐的建立回弹曲线的方法、碳化深度修正值及测试方法提出质疑,建议用混凝土构件本身的测区回弹值和从该测区上钻取的芯样强度值之间的关系来建立相关曲线,并通过大量的试验数据,提出以6mm碳化深度为界线来修订回弹强度。
Comparatively large inaccuracy exists when rebound curve for concrete strength is constructed using concrete cubic compression because the influential factors caused by manual operation cannot be avoided. However, we can get better result if correlation is established by adopting rebound value of concrete and strength value of drill. The value of carbonization depth has large influence on checking result but it is measured in a comparatively inaccurate method which shows little repetitiveness and reappearance.
