摘要
医院的综合管理正向以科技、人才为核心的综合实力的态势演进,人的要素正成为医院综合管理的第一要素。目前在人力管理方面存在着人员配置不合理,人员结构不理想,考核体系不完善,奖惩不挂钩等问题。这就需要探讨如何优化人力资源配置,实现人才与知识的整合,推进考评体系与激励机制结合。医院应加快提高管理水平,降低管理和服务成本,积极探索一套适应新形势下医院发展的新路子。
The hospital development has been emphasized on science and technology, talents for improving hospital synthesis strength. Talent is becoming the first key element of hospital management. At present, there arc some problems exiting in the human resource management, including personnel allocation and composition irrational, personnel evaluation system is not perfect, ward and punishment is out of joint. We have to discuss how to solve these problems. The hospital should make great efforts in improving their management, reduce management and service cost, exploring one of new approach to adapt current circumstances for hospital development.
