摘要
结合工作实践,分析了医院图书馆存在的问题及产生的原因,提出了加快医院图书馆建设的对策和建议:加强医院图书馆医学期刊的管理;提高认识,更新观念,实施计算机自动化管理;加强图书馆网络化建设;完善内部科学管理;树立"读者至上、服务第一"的意识,培养一支图书馆高素质的人才队伍;提高期刊的利用率,促进医院图书馆向现代化方向发展。
Based on the practice, the issues and its causes of hospital library, were analyzed and suggestions for strengthening hospital library were discussed. The suggestions included strengthening medical journal management, applying computer technique to strong library network, huilding reader first and service first library culture, training library staff, improving journal usage to improve library, development.
