摘要
传统的齿轮在线测量机采用齿轮双面啮合测量原理,只能获得径向综合偏差,不能获取评定齿轮质量的关键指标的齿向精度信息(如螺旋线偏差)。针对此难题,基于齿轮双面啮合多维测量原理,研制了新型的齿轮在线测量机。介绍了该测量机的测量原理、齿向精度评定指标、系统组成及其关键技术。本测量机是针对大批量成品齿轮的现场快速检测需求而研制的新型齿轮测量仪器,其突出特点是在被测齿轮与测量齿轮啮合一转的过程中,可同时获得径向综合偏差及齿轮齿向精度信息。
Traditional double-flank gear rolling tester can obtain the radial composite deviations of the gear, but it is hard to obtain axial deviations (helix, taper, etc. ) of the gear to be measured. Gear in-line measuring machine (GMM) based on the principle of double-flank gear rolling inspection with many degrees of freedom solves the problem. This paper presents the measurement principle, axial deviation assessing method, configuration and the critical techniques of gear in-line measuring machine (GMM) , which is a new machine developed according to the demand of high-speed inspection in mass-production gear workshops. The strong feature of the GMM is that the radial composite deviations and helical deviations of the gear can be assessed in one turn during high-speed inspection.
