摘要
本文通过选取11个原始指标构建出农业技术创新能力的评价指标体系,运用因子分析和聚类分析法对我国31个省(直辖市和自治区)的农业技术创新能力进行综合评价与分类,结合地区实际情况对评价过程中发现的问题和特殊现象进行了分析,有针对性地给出了提升区域农业技术创新水平的政策建议。
By selecting 11 basic indicators, this paper designs the evaluation indicator system of the innovation capability of agricultural technology, then evaluates and classifies the innovation capability of agricultural technology in China＇ s 31 provinces or regions using factor analysis and cluster analysis. In accordance with the actual local conditions, the problems and special phenomena founded in the process of evaluation are also analyzed. At last, the paper puts forward policy suggestions for improving the innovation level of regional agricultural technology correspondingly.
