摘要
为了确定散热器外表面的喷塑涂层厚度对散热量的影响情况,本文按照国家标准规定的测量方法,测量了椭圆管卫浴散热器在不同涂层厚度条件下的总散热量,分别对不同放置状态、不同计算温差条件下的散热量进行了比较和分析。结果表明在垂直放置状态下,散热器表面涂层的厚度对散热量的影响并不明显;而在水平放置状态下,喷塑涂层厚度对散热量的影响非常明显,且散热量随表面涂层厚度的变化关系呈二次曲线的形式,存在一个有利于散热的最佳涂层厚度。
In order to determine the influences of outer surface spray coating thickness on radiator heat dissipation capacity, the total heat dissipation capacities of the elliptical tube bathroom radiator coating under different coating thicknesses were measured according to the national standards. And then, the heat dissipation capacities under different temperature differences and place states were compared and analyzed. The results indicated that the influences of surface coating thickness on heat dissipation capacity under vertical state was small but very obvious under horizontal state. Moreover, the heat dissipation capacity was changed in the forms of two curves with the surface coating thickness, and a best coating thickness for better heat exchange was existed.
