摘要
近年来就业形势日益严峻,而由于基础学科本身的学科性质以及国家对基础学科毕业生职业发展前景规划的缺失等原因,导致基础学科毕业生就业难问题尤其突出。解决这一问题需要国家、高校、毕业生三方共同努力,以推进基础学科发展和该学科毕业生充分就业。
The article tries to present the challenges faced by graduates from fundamental disciplines in the increasingly severe employment situation, which arises from the discipline itself and the lack of national scientific layout. To meet the challenges, joint efforts of the state, universities and graduates are needed to guarantee graduates＇ full employment and the sustainable progress of the basic disciplines.
