递进减张法在扩张后皮瓣中的使用体会 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨如何提高扩张后皮瓣的使用效率,同时最大限度地减小扩张后皮瓣缝合时的张力,以提高修复效果。方法对16例共22个扩张后皮瓣应用递进减张法进行创面修复治疗。结果本组病例均或得满意的效果,皮瓣血运良好、愈合后切口疤痕反应明显减轻,无并发症发生。结论递进减张法能够有效提高扩张后皮瓣的使用效率,同时显著减小扩张后皮瓣缝合时的张力,不影响扩张后皮瓣的血液循环。 Objective To investigate an effective method to develop the efficiency of expanded flap and to reduce the tension in suture. Methods A technology named reducing-tension step by step by author had been used in 16 cases(22 expanded flap). Results All cases had got satisfying results and had no any complications. Conclusion This technology of reducing-tension step by step is an effective safe and simple method to develop the egiciency of expanded flap and to reduce the tension in suture.
