摘要
以唇形科多年生草本植物地瓜儿苗的地下部分根茎地瓜儿为材料,研究地瓜儿的可溶性糖、还原糖的含量.采用苯酚法测定可溶性糖的含量,以蔗糖为对照品建立标准曲线,测得地瓜儿可溶性糖的含量是0.553%;采用斐林试剂比色法测定还原糖的含量,以葡萄糖为对照品建立标准曲线,测得地瓜儿还原糖的含量是0.825%.
Taking Lycopus Lucidus Turcz as the material, the paper aims at the determination of soluble sugar and reducing sugar in sweet potatoes. The content of soluble sugar of the root was determined by the method of phenol - sulfuric acid, with sucrose as the standard control, while the content of reducing sugar of the root was detected by the method of Fehling reagents eolorimetry, with glucose as the standard control. The results showed that the contents of soluble sugar and reducing sugar were 0. 553 % and 0.825 % respectively.
