摘要
针对目前机床产品开发存在的问题,在分析快速设计系统特点的基础上,建立了功能体系结构及其工作流程,并对该系统涉及到的参数化设计以及自动装配技术进行了研究。在Pro/E环境下,以Visual C++为编程语言,Pro/Toolkit为开发工具,对参数化设计模块和自动装配模块进行了二次开发,建立了二次开发的流程,并以XH786型机床为例说明了自动装配的实现过程。该系统功能的实现有利于提高机床设计效率,缩短开发周期。
Aiming at the current existing problems of the development of machine tools, a functional system structure and work flow of the rapid design system of machine tool are set up based on studying the system characteristics, and the technology related to the system. Additionally, parametric design and automated assembly have been studied. In the environment of Pro/Toolkit and VC ++, the secondary development of parametric design and automated assembly have been carried out, and the secondary development flow was set up. Taking the machine tool XH786 as example, the process of automated assembly was illustrated. The realization of this system is of great value for improving design efficiency and reducing development cycle.
